Can I reserve a specific site?

We can guarantee a specific site type, but not a specific site.

What if I am arriving late at night for my reservation?

Late Arrival? No problem just look for your site assignment and paperwork at the front entrance. We'll leave the light on!

Where are you located?

Our beautiful RV Resort Campground is conveniently located right off I-17 on exit 289. Our address is 583 W Middle Verde Rd. Camp Verde AZ 86322. Located near Sedona Arizona.

Are fires allowed?

Only propane fire pits and grills.

Are you pet friendly?

Absolutely! We ask that all pets be kept on a leash and supervised at all times. We have a dog park as well. We do try to stick to a limit of two dogs.

How do I make a reservation?

The best way to make a reservation at our beautiful RV Resort Campground, located near Sedona Arizona, is to give us a call at (928) 554-8000. Please have the following information ready.

Size, make & model of your rig, how many guests, how long of a stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $20.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE AFTER RESERVATIONS ARE CONFIRMED
DAILY/WEEKLY RESERVATION:

Cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival date, $25 administrative fee.
Cancelling within 48 hours prior to arrival date, deposit forfeited.
Daily Deposit (2-6 nights): 1-Night Stay
Weekly Deposit: $100

MONTH RESERVATIONS:

Monthly Deposit of $200 which is non refundable
