Reservations

To make a reservation for our Resort, please call 928-554-8000. 

• Rates are based on 2 people and 1 RV
• Fee of $3 per night per extra guest will be charged.
• Reservation Deposit is required to guarantee a site (deposits very on length of stay).
• ID must be presented upon check-in, including any identification required for discounts.
• Prices are subject to change
• No Refunds
• DDRV WILL GUARANTEE YOU A SPECIFIC SITE TYPE, BUT NOT A SPECIFIC SITE.
• Please review our Cancellation Policy.

DAILY  RESERVATION: 

• Cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival date
• Are subject to a $25 administrative fee. 
• Cancelling within 48 hours prior to arrival date, deposit is forfeited.
• Deposit is First Night Stay
• Daily rate is for 1 to 6 nights

WEEKLY RESERVATIONS:

• If you cancel with-in 7 days  of your arrival date  you will lose your $100 deposit
• Outside of 7 days of your arrival date you will be charged a $25 Administration fee

MONTH RESERVATIONS:

• All monthly reservations require a non refundable $200 deposit

Check-Out time is 11:00 am

Check-In time is 1:00 pm

A late check-out fee is $10.00, check with the office to determine if your site is available for late check-out.

• Discount applies to the Daily Rate ONLY (1-6 day stay). 
• After check-in, RETROACTIVE DISCOUNTS ARE NOT PERMITTED. 
• Weekly and monthly rates have already been discounted. 

• A valid ID card must be provided at time of check-in before discount is applied.
